Responsibilities
Calculation of School Spending Plans
Presentation to Governors at (mainly) evening meetings (1 per term per school)
Monthly Monitoring Reports for schools
Local Authority returns
Staffing scenario calculations
Bank reconciliation
Reconciliation to Local Authority records
Payroll reconciliation
Assist schools with financial secretary tasks in the absence of the School
Secretary
Advice to schools on coding
Produce Three-Year Financial Projections
Complete closure of year-end accounts for schools
Check Local Authority funding for individual schools
Audit School Fund Accounts
